This course employs a highly interactive, experiential learning approach, combining case studies and real-world applications to illustrate systems thinking in action, hands-on system mapping exercises using tools like Causal Loop diagrams and Stock & Flow diagrams, and scenario-based problem-solving to address complex business and leadership challenges.
