Course Methodology
This course employs a highly interactive, experiential learning approach, combining case studies and real-world applications to illustrate systems thinking in action, hands-on system mapping exercises using tools like Causal Loop diagrams and Stock & Flow diagrams, and scenario-based problem-solving to address complex business and leadership challenges. Participants will engage in collaborative group activities that foster dynamic discussions and teamwork while also reflecting on personal and organizational systems to immediately apply their learning in real-world contexts.
