Course Methodology

This course relies on the use of individual and team exercises aimed at helping participants learn all key activities for agile project management. The course also relies on the use of case studies and presentations by participants followed by group discussions. In addition, this course incorporates pre and post testing.

Course Objectives

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Define agile project management life cycle and understand the agile mindset.
  • Explain the important concepts in agile project management and identify the differences between agile and non-agile projects.
  • Identify agile planning techniques and implement adaptive planning on the agile projects.
  • Identify techniques used to control agile projects to ensure successful implementation.
